We act for a number of property owners and offer leases of furnished apartments and houses for 3 months or more. Generally rentals include all outgoings such as electricity and water charges. Normally landlords will seek one months rent in advance and one months deposit.

All properties are well equipped but it may be necessary to provide certain items of your own such as bed linen and towels.

We charge tenants a one-off contract fee of 150 Euros.
