Managing and founding partner David Murray is a fluent Spanish speaker, and in addition to years of experience in the property market in Southern Tenerife, has professional qualifications in realestate, obtained from the University of Cataluña, enabling Murray Hocknell S.L. to operate in all matters relating to Estate Agency in Spain.

He is partnered by Ronnie Walton who has worked in International property matters for many years.

The team in Las Galletas is completed by Julie Mayberry, our bi-lingual office administrator, who has lived locally in Tenerife for eleven years.

We have built up a definitive portfolio of properties and businesses in the Costa del Silencio/Las Galletas area and in conjunction with Canarian and foreign owners manage apartments and villas on long  term lets.

We differ from many British agents in that we also specialize in Rural properties away from the tourist areas in and around the tranquil valleys and hillsides and in remote fishing villages that make up the real Tenerife.
